- Product Return Policies

• You can just claim a return, exchange for the bought  in case these remain in defective or damaged condition within 24 HRS  of the shipment’s order data. This would be totally free of any charge. 
• We do not to accept the exchange of products that are not to your liking. Since most of our products are personal in nature, we recommend our users to ask us questions or queries ,before any confirmation of the order. 
• Make video of package while opening till end,there will no responsibilty without video. In the case of a manufacturers defect, We will replace after checking the defective product. Once you receive your order, test the battery operated items immediately BEFORE using. If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.
• Customers won’t be incurred any charge on adult products online that reach their doorstep in defective or damaged condition. These can easily be exchanged.
• There would be no refund for shipping charges of items that are returned or exchanged.
• Several items  product selection cannot be returned such as opened electronic media products, batteries (CDs, DVDs, audio and video tapes, etc.), and liquid products like (oils, lubes boy products, toy cleaners, bath, etc.).
• Replacement items can take around 2 weeks to get received at the latest.

• We don’t have all the company products stored in warehouses. This means that the product that remains listed as “In Stock” wouldn’t be readily available for shipping right at the moment.
